Designed with Ease of Installation and Maintenance in Mind:
We’ve found that push-on designs are often not user-friendly — they can be too stiff or difficult to install. Our slip-on + screw-tightened design completely solves that problem, making installation smooth, secure, and frustration-free. Skip to the "Installation Guide" section for more information about this.
For maintenance, the protective lens can be replaced by unscrewing the outer cap; no tool is needed.
Why BCA Doesn't Use Acrylic Like A Lot Of Other Manufacturers Do?
Unlike stiff, brittle materials like glass or acrylic, polycarbonate is inherently flexible and ductile. This makes it the ideal choice for shielding your valuable equipment, all while providing superior optical clarity.
Constructed from 1/8" (3.2mm) thick polycarbonate—the same material commonly used for industrial machine guarding, this protector brings proven, industrial-grade security to your valuable optics.
Engineered to Survive:
The BCA CLP features a thick body to withstand harsh conditions. To reduce damage from the Lexan plate bouncing when hit by BBs, a rubber shock absorber ring is placed in front of the Lexan plate. During field testing, this design has been proven to significantly boost the survivability of the CLP,
The strategically placed shock-absorbing ring is a key design feature that sets us apart from our competitors.
We offer the BCA CLP in two specialised configurations:
For non-magnified optics (for example, red dots, flash lights), the design uses a compact footprint to keep weight low and the system simple.
For magnified optics (for example, LPVOs, sniper scopes), the housing is longer to accommodate a honeycomb kill flash. The lens protector can also be used without the kill flash if the user prefers.
For Non-Magnified Equipments (Stock code: R-XX, for Red Dot Sights, Flashlights and Similar Equipments)
All R-XX CLP comes with:

Installation Guide:
For Non-Magnified Equipments (Stock code: R-XX)
Step 1:
Unscrew the Protector Cap from the Protector Mounting Base
Step 2:
Make sure that the M3 screw is loosened, then push the Protector Mounting Base into the front of your equipment until it bottoms out and cannot be inserted any deeper.
Tighten the M3 screw just enough that the Protector Mounting Base cannot be rotated by hand.
Step 3:
Remove the protective film from the Lexan Lens, insert it into the Protector Cap as shown.

Step 4:
Screw the Protector Cap w/ Lexan Lens into the Protector Mounting Base. Do not over-tighten.
Your BCA CLP installed device is now ready to use.

Our designers try to account for limitations imposed by the end user’s specific equipment layout and mounting configuration, though that does not always guarantee success due to circumstances outside our control.
To ensure compatibility with your existing setup, we strongly recommend verifying the outer diameter of the CLP housing before making a purchase—this will help you avoid any clearance issues and eliminate guesswork.
The following example illustrates a common mounting challenge and demonstrates how to resolve interference effectively (image for reference only):
A SureFire M300C is shown mounted on a Picatinny-railed handguard. Due to the design of the light, the flashlight head sits in very close proximity to the rail.
After installing the CLP on the M300C, the increased outer diameter at the end causes interference with the Picatinny rail, preventing proper installation of the complete assembly.
By repositioning the flashlight so that the front end extends beyond the Picatinny rail, the interference is eliminated, allowing the CLP to be used without obstruction.

This product carries no warranty, as it is intentionally designed to be sacrificial. However, if installation difficulties arise due to a design error on our part, we will offer an exchange.
While we have full confidence in our design, due to normal material variations between batches, we can only guarantee that the product will survive 10 hits to the Lexan plate under the following conditions: 0.2g BB, 1.5 J energy, at point-blank range.
