Terms and conditions:

1        Key Terms:

1.1       3D Files: User supplied digital file that stores information regarding the geometry of 3D model.

1.2       3D Print: An object manufactured based on the 3D File.

1.3       Customer: An individual who have submitted a webform via blackblitzairsoft.com

2        Terms and Conditions:

2.1       BlackBlitz Airsoft maintains, at our sole discretion, the ability to modify the Website, Services, and Terms and Conditions at any given time.

2.2       The customer or any visitor to the Website affirms that all submitted 3D files are accurate, truthful, lawful, and free from infringement of third-party rights.

2.3       In the event of a customer’s non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions or any reasonable instructions provided by BlackBlitz Airsoft, the latter reserves the sole right to deny the Customer further access to the Website and/or its Services, without incurring any obligation to compensate the Customer.

3        Services:

3.1       BlackBlitz Airsoft is not responsible for functionality or fitment of the printed components.

3.2       BlackBlitz Airsoft is not responsible for assembly/fitting of the printed components

3.3       BlackBlitz Airsoft is responsible for post-processing, specifically support removal.

3.3.1      BlackBlitz Airsoft is responsible for support removal only to a certain extent, supports will not be removed if the support is deemed not reasonably safe to be removed (i.e. Removal of support will damage the 3D Print or support is restricted in a confined space and cannot be removed.)
