  • Airsoft guns may only be sold to, or purchased by, those 18 years of age or older.
  • All goods sold by BlackBlitz Airsoft are for hobby purposes only.
  • Unless otherwise specified, all goods sold by BlackBlitz Airsoft are airsoft and airsoft-related products only.
  • All sales transactions are completed in our Ontario warehouse and are subject to Ontario's laws and regulations.
  • BlackBlitz Airsoft, its owners, affiliates, and employees are not responsible for the actions of customers, including but not limited to, any damage, penalties, claims, or other obligations caused by the ownership of airsoft markers. 
  • Buyer assumes full responsibility of all (but not limited to) liabilities, damages, injuries, modifications done to products, local laws and regulations, and ownership of airsoft markers. 
  • BlackBlitz Airsoft will not be held responsible for any injuries and/or damages caused by improper use.
  • Pricing, descriptios, specifications, availability and special promotions are subject to change without notice.
  • BlackBlitz Airsoft reserves the right to cancel or modify an order under any condition and/or circumstance. 
  • Cancellation and restocking fees will be applied at BlackBlitz Airsoft's discretion. See our Shipping and Cancellation policy here for general information.

  • The customer is responsible for reading the descriptions of all items prior to purchasing them or placing an order. BlackBlitz Airsoft shall bear no responsibility due to the customer's negligence in this fact, should there be any issue(s) that arise due to the lack thereof.
  • Final sale products are non-refundable, and no exchanges or returns shall be allowed.
  • All on-sale, discounted, and clearance products are final sale.
  • Discount codes and promotions are not stackable unless explicitly stated.
