Shipping
We ship worldwide (with some exceptions). Please scroll to the bottom to see the exceptions, as well as our cancellation policy.
Free shipping is available for all* Canadian orders (shipped to a Canadian address) over $250 before taxes. All orders shipped via free shipping will be through Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS.
Please note that some items are excluded from our Free Shipping promotion. We are not able to offer Free Shipping unless your entire initial order qualifies (i.e. no order edits, split orders, etc.)!
While we do our best to ensure that the shipping rates customers see and pay for are accurate, sometimes they may be different than expected. In the event that additional shipping costs are required, we will reach out to the customer to request payment or offer an alternative solution, if possible.
*Certain remote locations and/or shipments containing oversized/overweight items may qualify for our Free Shipping promotion, but only up to a capped amount (e.g. if shipping costs for your shipment is $100 CAD, we will cover up to $50 CAD). If this applies to your order, we will reach out to you via email once your order is being processed.
All international orders must have the same shipping and billing address, or it will be cancelled and a 5% cancellation fee applied. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all their details are correct. We cannot alter international addresses after the fact.
All in stock products are shipped as soon as possible, usually within 1 working day. Some made-in-house parts are made to order, and will usually ship within 7 working days. However, during busy periods or around holidays there may be delays. Please allow for an additional 1 business day of processing for orders placed during the weekend. BlackBlitz Airsoft cannot make guarantees as to how long orders will take to ship, or to arrive. We work our hardest to get orders out as soon as possible.
Postage and packaging is charged at cost. You can use the postage calculator on the checkout page to see the shipping prices for the items you wish to purchase.
Currently, we offer shipment protection through Route. You can find this at the cart page. You will have the option of adding Route protection for each order you place, subject to a fee. Please note that if this option is not chosen, your order will NOT be insured and thus we are NOT able to offer any refunds or replacements in the event that the shipment is lost or damaged. We strongly recommend including Route protection with your order, especially if it contains high-value items.
It is the customer’s responsibility to submit the correct shipping address. BlackBlitz Airsoft cannot be held responsible for orders lost, delayed or returned due to the customer entering the incorrect shipping address. If an error is found, we will contact you to confirm the correct address, but we cannot be relied upon to spot an error, especially with international orders. You are responsible for entering all relevant information correctly. If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer will need to pay for the order to be re-sent.
Listed below are average shipping times for each of the carriers we ship through. Note that these are average times and in no way guarantees that your package will arrive within the listed timeframes. It may arrive earlier or later, or during the listed delivery times. BlackBlitz Airsoft is not responsible for delayed packages due to error or heavy volumes on part of the carrier.
If your package has been over the maximum estimated delivery time by 14 days or more, please contact us for details. For times where heavy volume of packages are expected, please allow up to 28 days for your package to arrive before contacting us.
If an item was returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or if it was rejected by the sender, there will be a minimum of 10% restocking fee applied if a refund is issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All refunded orders will be to store credit only.
Note that international orders may be subject to additional duties/taxes and fees at the discretion of the carrier as per your government agency and local laws. This is a separate charge paid to your government agency and the carrier; we do NOT have control over this! You are responsible for any and all additional fees levied upon you.

Order Cancellation
Orders are able to be cancelled as long as they have not been packaged and/or shipped. We are not able to cancel packages that have been packaged and/or shipped. Please refer to our return policy for orders that have been packaged and/or shipped.
There is a cancellation fee of 5% for all cancelled orders, unless the order is or needs to be cancelled due to an error on our part.
For all applicable orders, the customer must contact us either email, Facebook, or our website. Once we have authorized the cancellation, the order will be cancelled within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued usually 3-5 business days after order cancellation, subject to the method of payment. For instance, customers who paid using Paypal will be refunded via Paypal, while customers who paid using their credit card will see funds back on their card. In extreme cases, refunds can take up to 20 business days or longer. Please contact your bank/financial institution/Paypal first if funds are not returned. If you have contacted the above to no avail, please contact us and we will look into it.
Orders that contain items requiring custom work may be cancelled subject to a 10% cancellation fee. However, if the custom work has already begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
All on-sale and special-order items are final sale. Pre-order items may be cancelled subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us directly if you are looking to cancel a pre-ordered product.
We do NOT ship Airsoft markers to countries/territories not named below:
