A faithfully reproduced PKM machine gun from A&K, designed as a portable support weapon.
It combines the reliability proven in conflicts such as the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. As in traditional models, accessories such as the stock and pistol grip are made of natural wood, giving the replica a classic appearance.
Solid Construction and High-Quality Materials
The electric PKM machine gun replica has been precisely manufactured from a combination of metal components and steel. Steel parts include the adjustable gas block, bipod mount, barrel carry handle, top cover, receiver, magazine catch, and buttplate. Meanwhile, the muzzle device, front sight, outer barrel, gas block, gas tube, locking block, barrel trunnion, trigger assembly, ammunition feed tray, charging handle, and safety are made of high-quality metal. The pistol grip, stock, and carry handle covers are made of natural wood, giving it an authentic look.
Reinforced Gearbox and Modern Technical Solutions
The heart of the gun is the reinforced metal gearbox, ensuring reliable performance during long and continuous bursts of fire. The electrical system is equipped with a MOSFET with adjustable ROF and wired to Deans. The gearbox features a quick spring change system, making spring replacement easy. Inside, there is a complete set of reinforced gears with a 18:1 ratio, mounted on 8 mm ball bearings. The spring and cylinder head are made of aluminum using CNC machining, and the cylinder head is double-sealed with thick sorbothane, while the piston head has a ball bearing. A&K pays special attention to replica modifications, including installing a new microswitch, which provides faster and more precise trigger response. Additionally, great emphasis was placed on the hop-up system, which is equipped with a harder rubber and a special omega standard spacer, significantly increasing the range and accuracy of shots.
