Exchanges & Warranty


BlackBlitz Airsoft will allow customers to return products within 14 days of purchase or delivery date if the products are still in brand new condition with the original packaging. Purchases older than two weeks are not eligible. We do not offer refunds; however, we can give store credit and/or an exchange subject to a 10% minimum restocking fee.

*No returns or exchanges on all Guns, BBs, Gas, Grenades, Batteries, Chargers, Tech Items and Internal Parts (i.e MOSFET), Special orders, boneyard items, clearance items, and items on sale, unless said items are Dead on Arrival (DoA).

If you would like a return or exchange, please contact us via phone, email, or Facebook. We must first approve of the return or exchange, and then we will provide shipping instructions. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees on return merchandise.

Dead on Arrival

Products that are defective within 48 hours of purchase or delivery are considered dead on arrival (DOA). DoA items are subject to the same rules dictated above; however, BlackBlitz Airsoft will cover shipping fees to ship the item(s) back to the customer after applicable replacement(s) or warranty work. BlackBlitz will not be held accountable for damage incurred during transit to or from our store.

Transit is not responsible for any returns that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once your return has been processed, you will be contacted. Accepted authorization return will be replaced/exchanged or store credited to your account.
