GBB (Gas Blowback Rifles & Pistols) and Spring guns
Your GBB/Spring gun purchased from Blackblitz Airsoft carries a 14-day limited warranty which covers defects in manufacturing and material for the first 14 days from the date of purchase. Blackblitz Airsoft will repair or replace any defective parts at their discretion.
GBB magazines will be covered by our 30-Day Leak Free Warranty.
This warranty is non-transferable.
In order to be eligible for warranty service the unit must be presented with original bill of sale or receipt. This warranty does not cover damage due to disassembly, misuse/abuse of the system, improper installation, or operating the GBB platforms outside of the manufacturer's specified operating range. For example, operating the system on higher pressure gas than green gas, insufficient lubrication, improper bolt pull, etc.
If the GBB/Spring gun in question requires shipping, the customer is responsible for shipping fees to BlackBlitz Airsoft and BlackBlitz will cover return shipping.
Not covered by this warranty are:
External body of gun
Normal parts wear and tear
Acts of God
Component modifications not performed by Blackblitz Airsoft
No return will be offered under any circumstance.
