Blackblitz Airsoft AEG Warranty Policy

 

AEG (Automatic Electric Gun)

Your AEG purchased from Blackblitz Airsoft carries a 90-day limited warranty which covers defects in manufacturing and material for the first 90 days from the date of purchase. Blackblitz Airsoft will repair or replace any internal defective parts at their discretion. 

In order to be eligible for warranty service the unit must be presented with original bill of sale or receipt. This warranty does not cover damage due to disassembly, misuse/abuse of the system, improper installation, or operating the AEG outside of the manufacturer's specified operating range. The warranty is also void if the gearbox is removed from the receiver and/or is opened up by any individual or business that is not BlackBlitz Airsoft.

This warranty is non-transferrable. If the AEG in question requires shipping, the customer is responsible for shipping fees to BlackBlitz Airsoft and BlackBlitz will cover return shipping.

Examples of user error include but are not limited to:

  • Use of improper power supply

  • Use of low quality ammunition


Not covered by this warranty are:

  • External damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Acts of god

  • Any modifications not performed by BlackBlitz Airsoft
