Pre-order items may be cancelled subject to a cancellation fee. Please contact us directly if you are looking to cancel a pre-ordered product.

 

For all special order items (items not on website):

  • We require 100% full payment in order to place the order for you.

All special order items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, so please ensure that you are willing to commit and wait for your item(s). 

All pre-order and special order leadtimes are ESTIMATES only. We are not able to guarantee delivery within the timeline, but we do our best to ensure the pre-ordered item(s) are sent out as soon as possible.
